GMC Utilities Group have been awarded the package for the upgrade of the Windmill Lane public realm works. The package is in conjunction with John Paul Construction, who are the main contractor for Hibernia REIT on the development, in what is commonly known as the SOBO district in Dublin 2.
These works include the upgrade of the utility services for the connection of buildings in Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Windmill Lane, Creighton Street and Hanover Street East. In addition, the upgrading of the surrounding streets with modern granite paving and cobbles as well as the upgrade of the architectural landscaping and street furniture.
